Once an agreement is made by all parties, a 50% deposit is required for all catered events, upon which a formal contract is signed. Final count per event is needed one week prior to the event. Final payment is due the day of the event prior to starting. Late fees will be incurred for non payment. All the catered menus are custom designed.
